Recruitment vs. Selection:
- Recruitment:
Recruitment is a specialized activity conducted by the human resource department that enables an organization to go to the labor market to communicate opportunities that exist within it in order to attract those with the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to respond positively to that activity.

Selection, on the other hand, refers to an activity that enables an organization to use its requirements in the identification and selection of the most suitable applicants and persuading them to join the organization.

- Drafting the Job Analysis:
Identifying the job or task to be performed.

Detailing the objectives of the job and the skills and responsibilities involved.
