Answer
- Right to terminate the contract: The hirer has the right to terminate the hire purchase agreement at any time before the final payment is made, subject to conditions specified in the contract.
- Right to claim damages: If the goods are defective or do not meet the terms of the contract, the hirer can claim damages for any loss suffered due to breach of warranty or misrepresentation by the owner.
