  2. Content of the job: Task to be performed.
  3. Accountabilities: Deliverables.
  4. Performance Criteria: Measurement of how you are on the job.
  5. Responsibilities: Decisions the employee is responsible for.
  6. Organisational Factors: Who to report to.
  7. Developmental Factors: Promotion paths and/or career prospects.
  8. Environmental Factors: Working conditions, security, and safety issues.
