The Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) recognizes different forms of business organizations.

Required:
Explain briefly three main features of sole proprietorship as a business organization.

The main features of sole proprietorship as a business organization include the following:

i. One-man business: A sole proprietorship is known as a one-man business. The business is the same as the owner and can transact all his operations alone.

ii. Management: The owner is fully in charge of managing the business, providing all funds and resources for the business.

iii. Personal liability: The owner is personally responsible for the debts and obligations of the business. He is thus personally liable for all charges against the business.
