Intent to Convert for Personal Use: The intent to convert the property for personal use, without the owner’s consent, is also considered fraudulent.
Intent to Transfer Property to Another Person: If the intention is to transfer the ownership or benefit of the property to another person without authorization, it constitutes fraud.
