  • Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM): Any meeting other than the AGM, usually convened to address urgent or special matters that cannot wait until the next AGM.
  • Board Meeting: A meeting of the company’s directors to discuss and make decisions regarding the management and operations of the company.
