Required:
State FOUR conditions for the admissibility of computer and electronically generated evidence.

  2. Integrity of the Computer System: The computer system that generated the evidence must be shown to be reliable.
  3. Proper Use of the Computer: It must be established that the computer was used properly and according to standard practices.
  4. Authentication: The electronic evidence must be authenticated, meaning that it must be proven to be what it purports to be.
