Answer
- Intent to Permanently Deprive the Owner: The intent to permanently deprive the rightful owner of their property is one of the key elements in constituting fraud in cases of stealing.
- Intent to Convert for Personal Use: The intent to convert the property for personal use, without the owner’s consent, is also considered fraudulent.
- Intent to Transfer Property to Another Person: If the intention is to transfer the ownership or benefit of the property to another person without authorization, it constitutes fraud.
