Theft is an offence punishable under the Criminal Code.

Required:
State the punishment for the following offences:

i. Theft of testamentary instrument (2 Marks)
ii. Theft of postal matters (2 Marks)

i. Theft of testamentary instrument: A person convicted of the theft of a testamentary instrument shall, on conviction, be liable to life imprisonment.

ii. Theft of postal matters: A person convicted of the theft of postal matters shall, on conviction, be liable to life imprisonment.
